Whitney Ciani, PE

Whitney has broad experience leading the design and quality assurance, bid support, and project plans and specifications for a variety of projects and clients in the public and private sectors. These include mega design-build projects; water/wastewater, utility, and transportation projects for local municipalities; and fish passage/fish barrier removal projects. Whitney, born and raised in Idaho, gained a wealth of geotechnical experience while working in the greater Seattle area for more than 12 years. She has returned home to raise a family and apply her skillset while growing a geotechnical practice in Boise.

Outside of the office, Whitney enjoys spending time outdoors with her family hiking, skiing, fishing and rafting.
